Dallas Personal TrainerTally Roberson is Dallas’ premier personal trainer. With over 20 years training experience, he began to train professionally in January 2006 at Lifetime Fitness where he helped many achieve their fitness goals. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Tally stays abreast of the latest advancements in fitness through continuing education and seminars. With extensive studies in Track and Field, Tally has helped athletes from football to basketball players improve their game and athletic ability. And while his specialty is fat loss, he has extensive studies and experience in body building as well. Currently studying to become a certified nutritionist, Tally views nutrition as an important link in the fitness equation. This will enable All-Star Fitness to offer customized meal plans to the public. Tally’s passion for health and fitness keeps him determined to really make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Tally is selective about the clients he accepts into his training program. He admits that the client is responsible for achieving the results, and that it takes an enormous amount of discipline and determination. But his techniques soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.
